Reiki

Energy work at its best.  I use the traditional Usui method which consists of specific placement of the hands on the head, the torso and back.  The session is facilitated by Reiki guides, my spirit guides and the Archangels that my Guru connected me with.

Hot Rock Massage

The heat of the stones is extremely soothing to the body and sedating to the nervous system.  The rocks are not used as placement but instead are used as tools.  When working the back and neck I am looking to release tight muscles and trigger points.  On the arms and legs I use long Swedish strokes.  Young Living essential oil is intuitively applied to achieve the greatest benefit.  Sessions are often ended with reflexology.

Ears, hands and feet are worked with rocks and essential oil.

LaStone Session

Clients start face down and the entire body is worked with the cold jade stones and the hot basalt.  When the client turns over I have them sit up so I can arrange hot basalt on the table so they can lay back down on the soothing hot stones.  The rest of the body is then worked with the alturnating temperature   The session ends with chakra balancing using essential oil and gem stones.

Gem Elixir Body Wrap

An elixir is made specifically for each client.   Hot stones and warm towels soaked with their elixir are placed under the back.  The entire body is covered with a sheet that has been dipped in the hot elixir water.  The head is wrapped and the  body is covered with a second sheet and tucked all around with hot rocks.  This is the time to drift and float.

Body Talk
This is the most advanced form of Energy Medicine I have ever come across.  It allows for deep shifts that can not be understood or explained with the linear mind.  This session can also be done long distance.
