"I have been interested in health since 1972 when I became a vegetarian. It quickly became obvious to me that if I didn't learn about diet so I could safely eat that I could get into health difficulties. When I became a Mom and started dealing with all the childhood illnesses I used to go to the drug store and read the packaging for over-the-counter medicine. It seemed that the paragraph after paragraph of warnings outweighed the helpfulness of the cough syrup or whatever I was investigating so I began to learn about herbs. By then I was well into the holistic camp so when emotional challenges came up I used Bach flower essences and really tricky health issues sent me off to homeopathy. After that exploration I discovered essential oils and then rocks which I use exclusively today.

The body, with all of its levels, physical, emotional, subtle and spiritual, is very interesting and fluid. People come to me because they want to change and that openness and willingness to shift seems to be enough for wonderful, amazing and profound changes to occur. My job is to create and hold a psychic space for them to shift in if they so choose.

I work with the elementals in the form of rocks, plants (essential oils), water and temperature. These are the basics that the Divine put on this planet. I am a dowser so I know which oil to use and where and which rock or gem elixir and where. When all of this is prepared and brought into session amazing healing often happens. My Guru, Adi Da Samraj, Blessed me in the summer of 2005 to do healing work by connecting me with ascended masters, most of which are “Big Names” in the Christian tradition. My Guru and the help He has Blessed me with are the healers. I just get to witness their work and delight in it and enjoy the entire process and be grateful everyday that I get to do this work."
